Mineability rules of thumb: GARP's free PDFs (learning objectives, study guide) are safe to mine for structure. MIT OCW is CC-licensed — the only source here we can reuse content from directly (with attribution). Everything else: summarize and attribute, or just link. Never host GARP practice exams or pirated textbook PDFs.
